The programming has been made by Gérard Vives, the "spice's chef", who created Comptoir des Poivres: "I wanted to reunite top famous chefs, but also less known ones, non-chefs, journalists and talented artisans. The idea is to talk about simple cooking styles, easy to make in your own kitchen, without a lot of material or skills, to accentuate your meals, whether it is in maroccan style, italian, spanish or provençal, and above all to taste your meals in delight surrounded by lots of friends....in the sunlight !"
