Services at the fair

Catering : Reine Sammut offers this year a picnic cooking that piles up ! Jars filled with mediterranean flavours, to mix according to our taste.
Gucamole, marinated peppers, aubergine caviar, humus, green tabbouleh, Spanish Ham... As many possibilities to have you create you own menu.

The chief proposes : 

Friday
Morning:Peppered Beef wok with onions and cashew nuts
Afternoon: Beef brochettes with rosemary and grilled vegetables on a teppaniyaki bed.

Saturday
Duck Wok with onions and a honey sauce
Roasted strawberries with green pepper.

Sunday
Sauted Lamb with Cumin
Aubergines  with  yoghurt in a Turkish way

Monday
Curry Chicken way
Pesto Risotto

 As well, Eric Sappet, one-star-chief at "La Petite Maison de Cucuron" will perform a culinary experience on Monday at 4h30 pm that will be followed by a dedication session of his Recipe Book.

Parkings :
Parking located on Place de la Rotonde at 400m from the fair (360 places). Parking Mignet located on Mignet Street at 300m (460 places), Parking Carnot located in boulevard Carnot on 800m (680 places), Parking Méjanes located on boulevard Victor Coq at 1000m (800 places). There is also the Krypton relay-parking (2 euros / day), which permits you to use free public transport to the town center  (5 min) by shuttle-bus (every 12 minutes from 7am to 21h). Please note : The parking is closed on Sundays.

Taco and Co stands to your disposal at the entry of the fair to help you carry your purchases to your car.
